A Complete Story
In 1971, 27-year-old Jim Morrison is living out his final days in Paris, consumed by alcohol, depression, and profound disillusionment. Fleeing fame and consumer society, he is accompanied by Pamela Courson, his love and muse. One evening, in a bar, when an American musician plays him “Love Her Madly,” Morrison realizes that he has lost his freedom.
Haunted by memories and doubts, he wanders the streets of Paris, looking back on his career with The Doors, his addictions, and his rebellious spirit, all the while approaching his imminent death. The final chapter of his life is a whirlwind of suffering, intensity, and madness.
