Frédéric Bertocchini is a journalist and comic-book writer. After completing a dual course of study in Literature and History, he worked under the supervision of Olivier Battistini at the University of Corsica, as part of his Master's and postgraduate research. He also pursued doctoral studies under the direction of Professor Pierre Carlier at the University of Paris Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense.
He contributed to The Dictionary of Alexander the Great, published by Robert Laffont in 2004, and has collaborated with numerous historical magazines and journals, including L’Art de la guerre, Histoire antique, and Les Cahiers du Labiana.
Frédéric Bertocchini is also a comic-book and graphic-novel writer, with more than thirty published works to his name, particularly in the historical and literary-adaptation genres.
